Corporate Governance Overview
Anyone with a concern or complaint about the Company’s accounting, internal controls or auditing matters may communicate it to the Audit Committee by sending a letter to the Company’s Compliance Officer at the Company’s business address. Any such communication may be made on a confidential or anonymous basis, but all communications should contain sufficiently specific information to permit the Audit Committee to pursue the matter.
Anonymous reporting of complaints may be filed using the Fraud Hotline or via US mail. To access the confidential Third-Party Hotline there is a toll free number 1.855.FRAUD-HL or a website www.fraudhl.com. When using the website, click the box at the bottom of the page that says “Submit a Report” and use company code: BIONANO. When reporting complaints via US Mail, please address the letter to the Compliance Officer and mark it Confidential.
